Every resort and hotel has rooms, but we have living spaces. Ranging from 750 sq. ft. to over 3,000 sq. ft., these beautiful one, three, and four bedroom ocean view suites all have balconies overlooking the Water Park, Grand Event Lawn, or putting green.

Just steps from the main resort building, within the Ocean Course clubhouse, you’ll find The Lodge, home to 20 deluxe guest rooms - our closest to the Atlantic Ocean. The Lodge combines the experience of a luxury boutique hotel with the service and amenities of Ginn Hammock Beach™ Resort.

With lush, tropical golf and marsh views - our two and three bedroom villas are a short walk from the main resort building allowing you to take advantage of all of our amenities easily, but also offering a touch more privacy for those who don’t want to be in the middle of it all. 

Offering a harborside retreat for boaters and non-boaters alike, Yacht Harbor Village™ offers spacious two and three bedroom condominiums with step out balconies - all of which look out over the Intracoastal Waterway as it rolls down Florida's Atlantic coast.
